Upgrade your Triumph Thruxton 1200 with the VEREX 1.75″ (44.45mm) Mandrel-Bent Headers, designed to perfectly follow the lines of your bike with a sleek, straight-through system.

Crafted with a unique crossover design (instead of a full collector), these headers deliver the classic sound signature of the 1200 Twin. Made from high-quality stainless steel, this header set offers a weight reduction of 3.2kg (44%) compared to the stock system, providing a lighter and more streamlined setup.

Available in two versions:

• Suit Standard / Slipon Muffler — fits factory mufflers or popular aftermarket slip-ons for easy installation

• 1.75″ Custom Fitment — maintains consistent diameter for custom muffler fitment
