Refine the style and tone of your 2025 Triumph Speed Twin 1200 with the newly updated VEREX 2-2 Header Set, crafted for a cleaner look and lighter footprint.
This full single-piece header set is mandrel-bent using two distinct radii, creating the signature VEREX visual that pairs perfectly with Triumph’s Modern Classic design language. Constructed from 1.75″ (44.45mm) stainless steel tubing, the headers include factory-positioned O2 sensor mounts and an integrated underbelly balance tube for a streamlined, cohesive setup.
Replacing the factory header assembly, this system reduces overall weight by 3.2kg, delivering a simplified, classic 2-2 configuration that enhances your ride.
Two Versions Available:

Suit Standard / Slipon Muffler – Designed to match the original outlet size and position for use with OEM mufflers or aftermarket slip-ons

1.75″ Custom Fitment – Maintains consistent tubing diameter to the outlet for custom muffler fitment
Every VEREX header set is handcrafted in Tasmania, Australia, ensuring premium quality and attention to detail from start to finish.
Please note: This system will not fit with 2025 Speed Twin variants which are delivered with post catalyser O2 sensors. You can check if these are present on your bike by checking the cat box outlet tube behind the clutch actuator on the left hand side of the engine. In this case, please consider our Slipon Mufflers.
