Triumph Speed Twin 1200 Aftermarket Header Set – 2025

The newly updated VEREX aftermarket header set is now available for the refreshed 2025 version of the Speed Twin 1200. The single-piece headers are mandrel bent using two different radii, which gives them the distinctive VEREX style that complements the Triumph Modern Classic. The 1.75″ (44.45mm) headers feature factory O2 sensor placement and an underbelly balance tube. This header set replaces the heavy and complex stock header system with a classic 2-2 header setup.

Two versions of the headers are offered. The first version replicates the factory header outlet size and position, allowing for the fitment of factory mufflers or aftermarket slip-on mufflers. The second version maintains a complete 1.75″ diameter to the outlet, permitting custom fitment of your own mufflers. As always, each header set is hand-built by the team at VEREX in Tasmania, Australia.
