Royal Enfield Bear 650 – Aftermarket Muffler & Link Pipe System(2024+)

Transform the sound, weight and performance of your Royal Enfield Bear 650 with the complete VEREX Aftermarket Full Exhaust System. Designed and hand-built in Tasmania, this system replaces every restrictive factory component — headers, link pipe and silencer — with mandrel-bent stainless steel and a fully packed, free-flowing muffler. We’ve made this one available in two styles – reverse cone or spout style. Choose the style which suits you.

Built entirely from 304-grade stainless steel, the full system is engineered to maximise both form and function. It delivers a deep, resonant exhaust note, a sharper throttle response and a significant weight reduction, while preserving the Bear’s scrambler stance and staying compatible with your soft luggage and rear-end accessories. We road tested this system and found the performance the be wonderful, noticeable uplift in performance and no adverse affects on the stock tune.
